We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons. For weddings, 9-12 months in advance is ideal. Corporate events can often be arranged with 3-6 months notice. However, we've successfully organized events with as little as 2 weeks notice!
We're based in New York but serve clients nationwide. Our primary service areas include New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, but we've organized events across the United States and internationally. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area.
Our packages are fully customizable but typically include event design, venue selection, vendor management, budget planning, timeline creation, day-of coordination, and post-event follow-up. We offer tiered packages from basic coordination to full-service planning. During our consultation, we'll help you choose the package that best fits your needs.
We require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance divided into milestone payments leading up to your event. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. All payments are outlined in our contract with clear due dates and terms.
